OR experience 5 years (Pass for only 5 years or more) Screen 3 years' experience NBSTSA or NCCSA or CSFA is accepted
Certifications: BLS, CSFA or NBSTSA, NCCSA also accepted
Required: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic experience & CSFA, NBSTSA or NCCSA
WEEKEND: Only required during call
CALL: Call 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks. That is subject to change based off of departmental needs.
FLOATING: Within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
