Job DescriptionThis Pediatric OR RN role supports surgical procedures for pediatric patients across multiple specialties, including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, craniofacial/oral/plastics, podiatry, and emergency interventions. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring patients during surgeries, assisting with specimen handling, ensuring infection control, implementing universal safety protocols, and managing post-operative wound care. Nurses are also expected to support pediatric-specific procedures such as cleft lip/palate repair, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy, spinal fusion, and club foot repair. Ax
Eligibility & Requirements Requirement Details License Active California RN License Minimum Experience 2 years (outpatient surgery center & pediatric nursing) Certifications AHA BLS, PALS Skills Specimen handling, wound management, emergency management, laser & radiation safety, administration of blood products, infection control OR Specialties Pediatric ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Craniofacial/Plastics, Podiatry Charting System Any (experience required) Call Occasional, as scheduled Holiday Coverage Required (per facility holiday policy) #HCRR
