Unarmed Security Officer
Immediate Hiring in SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AT A BEAUTIFUL NEW BEAUTIFUL RANCH TYPE SHOPPING CENTER

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Alert violators of premises rules and regulations.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Monitor the comings and goings of participants at the center.
• Perform routine property patrols to ensure safety.
• Open/close and monitor gates for authorized personnel.

Qualifications:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Strong attention to detail and security awareness.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using smartphones.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Positive attitude, approachable, and friendly demeanor with customer service attitude
• Compassionate, yet firm enough to set boundaries.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be available for overtime as needed.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Must be available to start immediately.
