About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a pivotal role in Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk with a focus on Data and Analytics, particularly in the realm of AI. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI risk management and compliance, ensuring the firm remains innovative and adherent to regulatory standards. This role involves providing independent second-line coverage for compliance, conduct, and operational risk management oversight of the firm's central data and analytics office's AI initiatives. The Vice President will work closely with various business, corporate function, and regionally-aligned risk management groups to establish comprehensive AI governance and risk management across the organization. Key responsibilities for this position include developing AI risk management expertise, supporting the firm's AI strategy and governance, and preparing for regulatory supervision, including the EU AI Act. The role also requires the candidate to assist in addressing emerging risks, contribute to compliance training, and drive a culture of risk management and conduct within the AI groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI and innovative technology risk management, the ability to collaborate with senior management, and a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and teamwork. Preferred qualifications include experience with regulatory supervision related to AI and familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST.
