About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the organization's talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on ensuring a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding experience. This key leadership role involves partnering with executive and business unit leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent, while also contributing to the company's strong organizational culture.
