JOB SUMMARY: Manage the entire video production process from initial job request to final file delivery, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the onboard infomercials for ITV, ensuring they are current and aligned with brand changes.
Stay updated on brand changes and adjust video playlists accordingly.
Manage and coordinate photo/video shoots. Catalog and manage all video and image assets, creating a comprehensive library of destination footage.
Collaborate with department heads to create storyboards that align with brand goals.
Provide in-house editing to produce content cost-effectively.
Assess and implement relevant footage for the website redesign.
Coordinate video assets with international teams to ensure alignment.
Innovate creative styles and video editing techniques to stay ahead of competitors.
Manage asset creation and edits with external vendors for various departments.
Work with onboard entertainment to enhance daily video messaging content.
Conduct in-house shooting of trade and corporate videos to save costs.
Create special projects such as PowerPoint templates and event planning materials.
Assemble raw footage, add sound and graphics, and enhance overall quality.
Ensure adherence to scripts, screenplays, or outlines. Digitally splice film and video, correcting lighting and color issues.
Collaborate with management to deliver a final product that meets the vision and maintains brand consistency.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree in Film, Design or related fields of study; or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Video Editor.
3+ years of experience in Video Productions and/or Photography.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-sufficient, with strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and creative skills.
Ability to work and collaborate well within a team environment.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and/or Davinci Resolve.
Knowledge of and ability to edit videos for multiple aspect ratios and formats (i.e., 720p, 1080p, 4k, 1:1, 16:9).
Proficient in color correction and some audio correction for video projects.
Experience using a wide variety of cameras and their lenses, including DLSR and Mirrorless camera.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Creative Asset Management Systems (CAMS).
Proficient in recording audio for video using lavalier microphones, field recorders, boom mics, etc.
