J&J Asset Group is giving driven individuals a real shot to break into the billion-dollar surplus funds industry —  no courses to buy, no gimmicks, no upfront costs, and no selling a dream .

As a  Remote Commission-Based Virtual Assistant , you’ll use our system, our leads, and our communication platform to help people claim surplus funds owed to them after foreclosure. You just need a computer, internet connection, and serious dedication. You earn commission when claims pay out — and there’s  no cap on your potential earnings.

We Built a System — Now It’s Your Move:

Six months ago, we launched a  second internal system designed exclusively for our commission-based Virtual Assistants to help  newcomers  not only get their foot in the door- but to also have a shot at succeeding. It's organized, and full of opportunities. Please note, you are not starting your own surplus funds business — you’re just plugging into  our system, using  our resources, and helping  our company succeed while earning commission for yourself. Now we’re looking for people who will take action and stay consistent-not just apply and disappear. We want the kind of applicants who show up, put in the work, and treat this like the rare chance it is. We’re only opening the door for those who are genuinely serious, committed to helping others, focused, and ready to dive in.

What  We  Provide :

• Surplus Funds Leads : We supply the leads — you verify and check for available funds. (This is the most  important step and is very crucial to your earnings.)
• CRM & Communication Platform : Enables you to call, text and email clients for your daily outreach.
• Basic Training (Virtual) : Training sessions are usually held anytime between 4:PM-7:PM (CST).
• Ongoing Support : No paid programs, just real people available to help.
• Commission Only : You get paid when claims pay out — the more claims you file, the more you can earn.

Who This Is  Not  For:

We’re being very upfront and transparent—  this isn’t for everyone . You’ll encounter skepticism and rejection — it comes with the territory. Securing your first claim may take time, especially if you’re timid, introverted, or uncomfortable speaking with people. If this doesn’t align with your strengths, we ask that you be honest with yourself and respectfully  pass on this opportunity .

Please DO NOT apply if :

• You’re in high school or currently a full-time college student
• You already work in the surplus funds industry (conflict of interest)
• You’re juggling multiple side hustles or a demanding career (this position requires attention and focus)
• You’re looking for fast money — this takes consistency and patience
• You struggle with focus, self-motivation, or time management
• You don’t have a computer/laptop and reliable internet
• You plan to ghost training or are  unsure about your commitment
• You’ve been involved in lead generation, surplus funds work, or a similar field and don’t plan to be transparent about it

Who We Are  Looking For :

We’re not looking for just anyone. We’re opening the door to people who are-

• 21 or older
• Great with people — kind, has a good heart, respectful, and understanding of those facing financial loss - keeping them from meeting basic needs
• Honest and transparent — we value integrity above all
• Committed — you show up, follow through, and stick with it
• Self-driven — you take initiative, manage your time, and stay focused
• Patient and resilient — you won’t fold when people don’t respond, reject you or when things move slowly
• Clear communicators — respectful to staff, clients, and able to handle conversations professionally (clear conversational English  is a must )
• Available for training — If selected, you’ll be given a one-week training session (mandatory). Take good notes.
• Someone Not afraid of the phone — This job involves cold calling leads daily. If you're uncomfortable talking to people, this may not be the role for you.
• Spanish Speaker Preferred: We’re also looking to add a bilingual team member (Spanish/English) to better serve a wider range of clients.
