We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and a basic understanding of warehouse management software (WMS), though we are willing to provide training in crane operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or other tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors for timely deliveries and shipments.
• Organize warehouse storage efficiently to optimize space and accessibility.
• Assist in training on warehouse equipment, including crane operation (training provided).
• Perform regular safety inspections and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Experience with forklift operation (certification preferred or ability to obtain).
• Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or similar inventory tracking systems.
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse coordination.
• Willingness to learn and operate a crane (training provided).
