We’re looking for an Activity Director to join our team at Hope’s Creek Retirement Living , where our mission is simple yet powerful: Live Well. Be Well.

As our Activity Director, you’ll lead the planning and coordination of engaging programs that nurture our residents’ physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Your creativity, energy, and organizational skills will bring joy, purpose, and connection to our community every single day.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, develop, organize, and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents’ interests, abilities, and comprehensive care assessments.

  • Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose, dignity, and fun.

  • Participate in community planning to support residents, families, and local engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to activity programming.

  • Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily.

  • Build a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring programs reflect warmth, personal attention, and positivity.

  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events.

  • Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed.

  • Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness.

What We’re Looking For
  • A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors.

  • Experience in activity programming preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate with the passion to make a difference.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections.

  • Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license .
