Live Onsite Caretaker – Apartment Community
Compensation: Rent Credit
We are seeking a dependable and professional Live Onsite Caretaker to join our apartment community. This unique position offers a rent credit in exchange for handling leasing and office responsibilities .
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and answering questions about the community
Handle leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals
Assist with daily office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
Maintain accurate records and support property management team as needed
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office and community
Qualifications:
Previous leasing, office, or property management experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
Must live onsite as part of the role (rent credit provided)
