REQUIRED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPERIENCES:

Willingness to commute Daily to the Anaheim area is required.

Must have experience with the following:

• Experience in AIA Billing
• · Experience with job costing.
• Dealing in revenue in excess of $10 million annually.
• · Must be proficient in account reconciliation / receivables / payables / inventory control.
• · Must be able to produce or compile financial statements by end of every month.
• · Must be highly proficient with payroll processes and procedures.
• · Must be highly detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• · Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting / Finance.

Minimum 5 years 'experience in the Construction Industry.

Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Working references will be required.

Salary Range - $115 - 130K plus yearly DOE.
