Position Summary:

The Full-Stack Developer (Mobile/UX-UI Emphasis) plays a key role in building next-generation healthcare user portals for doctors, patients, caregivers, and facility managers. You will be responsible for leading the development of cross-platform mobile and web applications using IONIC, Angular, and Flutter. Youll work closely with our design and backend teams to implement seamless, elegant interfaces while ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure front-end experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead development of user-facing applications using IONIC (web & mobile)
• Translate Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS/Angular components
• Build reusable and scalable UI components across platforms
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce best practices
• Provide technical mentorship to junior frontend and mobile engineers
• Work closely with UX designers to iterate and refine design implementation
• Optimize apps for performance and device compatibility
• Contribute to deployment and CI/CD processes using Git and Bitbucket
• Stay updated with front-end trends, IONIC/Angular/Flutter updates, and mobile UX patterns
• Embrace a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you can take on a variety of responsibilitiesfrom architectural discussions to hands-on coding and product development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
• 3+ years of IONIC/Angular experience
• 2+ years in Flutter or other mobile frameworks
• Experience translating designs into responsive web/mobile apps
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of mobile-first design principles
• Git version control and Agile/Scrum development processes
• Results-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with remote global team members
  

Preferred Skills:

• App deployment to App Store / Google Play
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools
• Experience with healthcare data workflows or regulatory-compliant platforms
  

Work Location:

This position requires daily on-site attendance. Candidates must be able to work in person every day at one of the following office locations:

• Edificio Sudameris @ Bogota, Colombia
