We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and enhance HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members to improve employee experience, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., employee surveys, performance reviews, turnover rates) to generate insights and reports that support HR decision-making. Provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
HR Metrics: Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, employee engagement, recruitment success, and training effectiveness. Analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing them.
Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Support compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and benefits data collection to ensure Orvix Engineering offers competitive and equitable compensation packages. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist in analyzing employee engagement surveys and exit interviews to assess the overall employee experience. Provide recommendations for enhancing employee retention strategies and improving workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition Support: Analyze recruiting data, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness. Use data to refine recruitment strategies and provide insights to the recruitment team on the efficiency of hiring processes.
Training & Development Analysis: Assist with tracking employee training and development programs. Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
HR Systems & Tools: Utilize HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to maintain accurate records, run reports, and analyze HR data. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Policy Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Analyze and report on HR compliance metrics to ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
Employee Lifecycle Analysis: Support the analysis of employee life cycle data from onboarding to offboarding to understand trends and develop insights that improve the employee experience and overall HR processes.
Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct market research on industry trends, HR best practices, and competitor compensation packages to ensure Orvix Engineering remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management improvements, or HR process optimizations. Provide data insights and recommendations to support project success.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in human resources analytics, HR operations, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel , Tableau , Power BI , or similar platforms.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs , such as turnover rates, engagement levels, and performance indicators.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner, including the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to both HR and non-HR stakeholders.
Confidentiality: Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and company data.
