This individual will assist with the day-to-day management of the HR functions including but not limited to: Recruitment, on-boarding, and orientation Complete paperwork and data management for new hires, terminations, job changes, etc. Assist with celebrations and recognitions programs Handle leave of absences, worker’s compensation, etc. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred At least 1-2 years of human resources experience in an upscale hospitality/service environment Proficient in HRIS System (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
