Responsibilities: Advise and represent management clients on compliance, single-plaintiff and class action litigation, and sensitive personnel matters. Develop and implement strategies to minimise litigation risks in wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and other employment claims, while adeptly handling retaliatory discharge, fraud, and related cases when litigation arises. Oversee the design, implementation, and legal compliance of employee benefits programs, executive compensation, pension plans, and ERISA compliance, with experience in complex cases and collective bargaining. Counsel clients on labor relations matters, including union organising, decertification campaigns, and collective bargaining. Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and in NLRB-related investigations and appeals. Advise clients on effective responses to corporate campaigns involving adverse-publicity tactics, political pressure, and labor disruptions, enabling clients to refocus on their strategic business goals. Qualifications: J.D. from an Accredited Law School and admission to the New York Bar. Extensive experience representing management clients, with significant expertise in counseling, litigation, employee benefits, and labor relations. Proven experience with clients in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, transportation, retail, health care, telecommunications, financial services, and others.
