AdLeg is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow with paid ads on YouTube, Meta, and other platforms. We’re known for our strategy-first approach and our ability to deliver results that actually move the needle. Our team is small, focused, and serious about helping clients win.

We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager who isn’t just a client liaison, but someone who can lead marketing strategy, work with our internal team to execute, and even close warm leads when they come in. You’ll be a core part of the team, working alongside a project manager to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the lead strategist on your client accounts, helping shape and guide overall marketing direction
• Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
• Coordinate with our media buyers, copywriters, designers, and project manager to make sure work gets done right and on time
• Review campaign performance data and present clear, actionable insights
• Run client calls, pitch ideas, and make recommendations based on data and goals
• Jump into the sales process when qualified leads come in, helping close deals and onboard new clients
• Look for upsell opportunities and keep retention strong by building trust and results

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years working in a digital marketing agency or similar role
• Proven experience with paid advertising (Meta, YouTube, or Google Ads)
• Confident in leading strategy conversations and explaining marketing decisions
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and juggling priorities
• Solid communication skills, both internally and with clients
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
• Bonus if you have experience with funnels, CRO, or email marketing
