Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40-$42 per hour, depending on experience.
\n Hybrid position: 3 days onsite in Raleigh plus more as needed per customer visits

What’s a typical day as a Meeting Event Planner? You’ll be:

\n\t
• Collaborating with Baxter hosts to create impactful agendas and experiences for customer visits, focusing on products and solutions to drive sales.\n\t
• Planning and managing customer visits, both in-person and virtual, including logistics, travel arrangements, and troubleshooting equipment issues.\n\t
• Overseeing compliance documentation, expense management, and adherence to company and federal guidelines.\n\t
• Maintaining and ordering supplies for conference rooms and care settings, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.\n

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of event planning and travel logistics experience.\n\t
• Possess exceptional organizational skills, customer service orientation, and presentation skills.\n\t
• Are proficient in computer applications like Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce.\n\t
• Can work flexible hours and adapt to changes with a solution-oriented mindset.\n\t
• Are interested in the medical device industry and have a knack for technology troubleshooting.\n
