Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meet the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.*External candidate RNs are eligible for a recruitment bonus of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs*

Education Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

• Current nursing licensure in Minnesota

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire

Experience:

• 1 year Acute RN experience preferred
