What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive opportunity management
- Cultivate relationships with strategic accounts and serve as an executive sponsor
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in customer lifecycle management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in leading complex sales processes in healthcare or B2B environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Deep experience using Salesforce.com for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to travel throughout the Western Region (30–40%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) dynamics and multi-level stakeholder management
- A strong network of healthcare executives or key buyers across key Western states, particularly California
