Position Title: ServiceNow Engineer Lead

Position Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

• Most preferred – Pittsburgh, PA
• Second preferred – Strongsville, OH
• Remaining hubs - no specific order - Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of the ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solution
• Develop solutions within ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate, adhering to industry best practices
• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business and technical requirements
• Provide innovative solutions to address technical and business challenges
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to the creation of clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Write high-quality, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code while promoting best practices in software engineering, including code reviews and unit testing
• Partner with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of the full development lifecycle—from design through to testing and delivery
• Develop user-friendly software that allows for easy customization and extensibility to meet client-specific needs
• Play a key role in designing and implementing new features, as well as enhancing existing products
• Act as a mentor to peers and encourage a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Understand and operate within the Agile software development lifecycle
• Proficient in JavaScript development

Required Technical Skills (8+ years of experience):

• ServiceNow platform
• Implementing ServiceNow products
• Experience with ITOM Cloud Accelerate
• Agile development methodologies
• Strong JavaScript programming skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Ansible development
• Proficiency in Python programming
