Job Description: As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will be responsible for developing creative solutions to improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of high-availability customer-facing applications. You will work with cloud technologies, CI/CD tools, monitoring solutions, and automation frameworks to ensure system stability and efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of DevOps principles and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions to improve system reliability and reduce operational toil Develop automation scripts and self-healing solutions for 24x7 application availability Monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and optimize infrastructure Troubleshoot complex issues across integrated platforms Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment Collaborate with development teams to ensure operational best practices Work with cloud platforms like PCF and GCP to enhance infrastructure scalability Manage Akamai Delivery and Certificate Management solutions Ensure best practices in API monitoring using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics Advocate for DevOps principles and drive automation initiatives Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: 6-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps Hands-on experience with cloud services such as PCF and GCP Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Harness preferred) Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, AppDynamics) Expertise in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr.
