Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated School Psychologist to join our team in a remote, school-based role. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide essential psychological services to help students thrive academically and emotionally. This role requires candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a school setting, and prior experience with remote work is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized support strategies for students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Provide counseling services to both individuals and small groups.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create and execute IEPs and support plans.
• Document progress, assessments, and treatment plans while making adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in virtual meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative sessions with school teams and families.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
• Active state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a School Psychologist in an educational setting.
• Expertise in psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and IEP development.
• Familiarity with remote service delivery is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a flexible, remote schedule.

Compensation:
Pay for this position will be based on the candidates experience and the school's available budget. We offer competitive compensation to qualified candidates.
